About the position

At Insatt, you will play a central role in guiding clients through more or less complex legal issues, focusing on ensuring both legal security and business success. You will work closely with clients to tailor strategies that fit their unique business needs and goals. With your expertise in corporate law, you will assist our clients, from entrepreneurs to venture capital firms and municipal companies.

You will take ownership of your projects, while also collaborating with colleagues and sharing your knowledge and experience to contribute to the team's overall success.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a lawyer and thrives in a role where law and business go hand in hand. We believe you have worked closely with operations, preferably with issues related to corporate law, business transfers, commercial agreements, or investments, and are used to balancing legal precision with practical utility. If you have a large network in Örebro and surrounding areas, we see that as a strong merit.

You are a person who genuinely enjoys meeting people and is curious about how businesses operate – not just the legal aspects, but the entire context. You have an engaged and clear way of providing advice, where you dare to stand by your assessment but are also attentive to the client's needs. You have a strong business drive and an entrepreneurial mindset – you are motivated by finding solutions and contributing to the development of both clients and colleagues. You are grounded, unpretentious, and secure in yourself, and you understand the value of building trust – both in client relationships and in the team around you. And perhaps most importantly – you thrive in an environment with a lot of freedom, personal responsibility, and wonderful colleagues.
